David received his Bachelors Degree from the University of Michigan in 1975 and his Juris Doctor from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1979. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and Saginaw County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in all civil courts for the State of Michigan and the United States District Courts for the Eastern District and Western District of Michigan. He joined the firm in 1989 and is currently a shareholder and President of the firm. David’s areas of practice are primarily workers’ compensation defense litigation, negligence defense, municipal and labor law. Areas of litigation experience also include employment law, premises liability, labor defense litigation, wrongful discharge, whistle blower claims and automobile litigation.
